Rentable E-commerce System: v5.46.0

The latest version of Sellvio, v5.46.0, comes with a number of new features, the most notable being the expanded Google Tag Manager event tracking. In addition, it includes improvements to search and export logic, a new Package Market shipping integration, Elastic Search optimization, and important cybersecurity enhancements.

Google Tag Manager event tracking

The most significant improvement in the update is the expansion of e-commerce event tracking via Google Tag Manager, enabling the collection of even more detailed data on customer activities. This data can be used more effectively in external analytics and marketing tools, supporting campaign optimization and fine-tuning of sales processes.

The system now tracks and automatically forwards the following key events:

• Page view by type – opening of the homepage and subpages
• Product list view – loading of product listing pages (categories)
• Product selection – selecting a product from the list view
• Product view – opening of the product page
• Wishlist – adding a product to the wishlist
• Add to cart – adding main or related products to the cart
• Cart view – opening of the cart page
• Remove from cart – removing a product from the cart
• Checkout process – starting checkout and placing an order
• Shipping/payment – entering shipping and payment information
• Registration/login – creating an account or logging in
• Contact – filling out the contact form

These events can be customized and integrated into Google Tag Manager, allowing webshops to perform even more accurate tracking.

 

New filtering option for orders

The search interface in the Orders menu has been expanded with a new field that allows filtering orders by product category. This is especially useful when you want to quickly find orders that include products from a specific category.

 

Product export by price category

By clicking the Export button on the product list page, you can now select which price category data you want to export. The downloaded file contains prices filtered by the selected price category, and during import, the system updates only the prices for that category.

This development significantly simplifies product management for those working with multiple partners or customer groups under different pricing tiers, as it enables quick handling, modification, and maintenance of custom price levels.

 

Export of missing elements from the system

The new version provides the ability to easily and quickly export missing parameters, filters, texts, and images from the system that may cause discrepancies in functionality or display. This feature makes it easier to identify which elements need to be completed or updated to ensure the proper appearance of the online store.

 

Elastic Search optimization

With this update, the Elastic Search engine has been further optimized, particularly affecting elements such as item numbers, EAN codes, and serial numbers. As a result, the accuracy and relevance of search results have improved. The system now processes queries faster and handles larger product ranges more efficiently, enhancing the overall product search experience for customers.

 

Csomagpiac integration

Csomagpiac is now available among the delivery services. It offers an extensive network of pickup points and delivery options, providing fast and reliable parcel shipping.

The Csomagpiac integration automatically manages shipping data, reducing manual administration and making order processing more efficient. As a result, the delivery process becomes smoother and more transparent.

 

Cybersecurity update

This update introduces significant cybersecurity improvements that protect the webshop against external attacks and data privacy risks. The enhanced protection ensures the security of customer data and increases the system’s stability.

 

Support for Dyntell currencies

The webshop already supports handling Dyntell currencies. Using the currencies introduced in the system, it is possible to specify the exchange rates at which the rates maintained in Dyntell appear on the site in other currencies. This enables more accurate pricing and automatic currency conversion within the price categories.
